1 in 7 mothers experience serious depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum

Davis, 2018

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum are an exciting time of life. But with new things can come feelings of worry, disconnection, sadness, and a struggle to figure out how to handle this new role.

  • Every pregnancy experience is different so even if you have not struggled with anxiety or depression in your first pregnancy you may struggle with it in a subsequent one.

  • Postpartum concerns can happen anywhere from a few days to months after giving birth. Going back to work, weaning, and illness can often bring on concerns.

I have received specialized training in perinatal and postpartum mental health and can help you overcome any challenges you may be facing.

You are not alone, You are not to blame, With help, You will be well.
