How do I make an appointment?

Do you take insurance?
We are currently able to accept:

If you have another form of insurance we will supply you with documentation that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. You are responsible for the cost of the session upfront. We do have a sliding scale fee for those who are eligible.
What does the first session look like?
Our first session, also called an intake, is spent getting to know you, what your concerns are, your strengths, and how we can work together. You will be sent paperwork to be filled out ahead of time.
